Specialist Introductions

Every close protection detail we build is assembled around one household, not pulled from a standing roster. Officers, drivers, and residential security personnel are matched to the family they'll work with — by temperament, language, and the rhythm of daily life, not just qualification. We work only with operators trained to a military standard — UK Longmoor-trained or the equivalent from an allied nation's armed forces — not those holding a short commercial close protection course certificate. Some engagements run full-time; others are needed only for a single event or a fixed period of travel. Either way, the team is sized to what's actually required, briefed on the specifics of the household it's protecting, and stood down when no longer needed. Nothing is kept on staff for the sake of it, and nothing is scaled down at the cost of your family's safety.

An executive protection detail is assembled around the business it serves, not issued from a standing panel. Officers are matched to the executive's profile, schedule, and the specific threat picture facing the company — briefed on the business as much as the individual. As with every team we build, we work only with operators trained to a military standard, not those holding a short commercial close protection certificate. Details can run permanently alongside a leadership team, cover a single high-risk trip or event, or scale up temporarily around a specific announcement, dispute, or period of exposure. Coordination with a company's existing security or risk function is built in from the start, not bolted on — so the detail works with what's already in place, rather than around it. The team is sized to the actual risk in front of the business, briefed accordingly, and stood down the moment the exposure passes.

Not every situation is solved by a protection team. When a need sits outside pure security — a lawyer who understands hostile jurisdictions, a crisis communications advisor, a doctor who can travel, a private aviation contact who can move quickly — we make the introduction directly, rather than leaving you to search cold. Every specialist in our network has been vetted the same way our operators are: by reputation and direct trust, not by directory listing. This is the part of Team Maker that isn't about building a team at all. It's about knowing who to call, and making sure you never have to find that out the hard way.
